This 7 days’ safari will take you to three [3] major national parks in Uganda where you will encounter different kind of wildlife, fauna and floras. You will visit Murchison falls national park one of the largest national parks in Uganda and the Murchison falls waters are referred to as ‘’The World’s Most Powerful Water Falls’’. You will then visit ‘’The Primate Capital of the World’’ Kibale forest national park, the park has the higher concentration of primates’ species in Africa and you enjoy the birding and nature walk experience. Lastly you will visit Queen Elizabeth national park ‘’A Medley of Wonders’’. Queen Elizabeth national park is a most famous tourist’s destination for the country and it’s well-known for its tree climbing lions.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer from Kampala to Murchison falls National Park
Welcome to the pearl of Africa, a country full of wonders, wake up to the medleys of African birds singing to their daily morning mass, waking up African from the other side of the world to work. Get ready for your trip, meet our Company guide/driver, who will brief you and will explain a little bit of the Uganda history as you are driving to Murchison falls national park one of the largest national parks in Uganda. The Journey takes 6-7 hours’ drive, depending on the stopovers that you will make on the way.
Proceed with the journey through Luwero town where you will get a chance to purchase local fruits. You will have lunch from Masindi Hotel one of the oldest hotels in Uganda. Upon arrival at the park’s entry gates, expect to get a line of baboon welcoming you into the park and they will be expecting to get some bananas from the guest. Drive to the ferry crossing point, take ferry to the other side of the park. Drive to the lodge with higher chances of viewing wildlife on your en- route to the lodge. You will check-in at the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Game drive and launch cruise
Rise up early, get ready and your safari driver will pick you for early morning game drive at the Northern part of the national park. The morning game drive will start at 6:30 am so as to catch up with early hunters before they go back to their hide outs. The early risers include leopard, spotted hyenas and lions to list but a few. During the game drive, you will be rewarded with the beautiful view of herds of African elephants, lions, leopards, giraffes, bee-eaters, monkeys, baboons, warthogs and kobs etc.
Return to the lodge for late breakfast and early lunch. At 2:00 pm head for boat cruise at the Nile River. Ride with the boat to bottom of the falls where you will see the water falls forcing it’s self out of the narrow rocks while forming permanent rainbow. You will be rewarded with view of crocodiles, hippos, elephants and others animals that come to the river bank to drink water and if it’s a sunny season expect to find plenty of wildlife by the river bank. After boat cruise, have an en-route game drive in search of more wildlife and later return to the lodge for dinner and overnight at pervious the lodge.
Day 3: Transfer to Kibale forest National Park
This day, you will be leaving Murchison falls national park for Kibale forest national park, after morning breakfast and the drive takes 6-7 hours’ drive. It’s always hard to say bye bye to the nice place but you got to check out of the lodge and drive to Kibale national park. Kibale forest national park has got the highest concentration of primates in Africa. The forest is one of the ever green forests that contain a diverse array of landscapes, variety of mammals and bird species. The park is well known for chimpanzees trekking and chimpanzee habituation experience. Drive to Kibale forest national park through Lake Albert and then proceed to Hoima town for lunch. After lunch proceed with the journey to Kibale with a stopover at the crater lakes before heading to the lodge. You will have dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 4: Chimpanzees tracking and Bigodi wetland sanctuary
Wake up early and take heavy breakfast, carry your trekking equipment’s and report to the parks Headquarters for briefing on rules and regulations of conducting chimpanzees tracking. The game warden will divide you into groups of six [6] tourists per chimpanzee family, drive to the tracking starting point and the well-armed game ranger will lead you into the jungle in search of the chimpanzees. Not only will you see chimpanzees but expect to see other wildlife like bush pigs, elephants and blue monkeys to list but a few.
Return to the lodge for lunch and after lunch go for Bigodi wetland sanctuary in search of different bird species. Bigodi wetland sanctuary is rich in bird species, flora and fauna. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight at pervious lodge.
Day 5: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Rising up from the land of primates, listening to sounds of bird and seeing African morning sunshine, you will have breakfast and then check-out of the lodge for 3 hours’ drive to Queen Elizabeth national park.
Enjoy the drive to the park with the view of Mount Rwenzori, local people and evergreen vegetation. On arrival to the park, you will start off with the search of wildlife and expect to encounter some wildlife like
Buffaloes, water buck, warthogs, and bush baby and Uganda kobs to list but a few.
Drive to the lodge where you will check-in and have lunch. Refresh yourself for a moment, then head for evening game drive around the park. Enjoy the moment at the wilderness, taking photos, making videos and learning more about this wildlife. Later in the evening, drive back to the lodge for refreshment, dinner and overnight as you wait for another day.

Day 6: Game drive and boat ride
Waking up from the wilderness, place with no noise but only the medleys of African birds, you got to get ready for morning game drive. At 6:30 am, our company guide will pick you and drive you to Mweya peninsular in northern bank of the impressive kazinga Channel where you will meet plenty of wildlife and you might get a chance to meet up with the early morning hunters before they head back to their hide outs. Early morning games drives are so interesting that you get to meet the early hunters like lions, leopards and expect to see wildlife in plenty like herd of elephants, kobs, water-buck and warthogs to list the few.
Return to the lodge for late breakfast and early lunch. At 2pm, you will drive to Kazinga channel where you will meet afternoon boat cruise. Enjoy the cruise on the fresh waters as you encounter different wildlife like school of hippos, crocodiles, buffaloes, elephants, kobs, warthogs and flamingos at the lake shores. Have an en-route game drive as you are going back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7: Departure to Kampala.
There is always time to say good bye, today is your last day in the wilderness, and have delicious African breakfast before checking-out of the lodge. Pack all your luggage and check-out, drive with a stopover at Mbarara where you will have lunch from Igongo cultural Centre. After lunch, proceed with the journey to the Uganda Equator and you will be able to stand with one of your feet in the northern hemisphere and the other in the southern hemisphere at the same time. You will experience warm temperatures while at the equator as you stand in the middle of the world. Drive to Kampala, drop off at the hotel or Entebbe international airport where you will catch up with your flight back home.
